Andi keeps your loved one safe with preventative care

Our Gold TEC package provides comprehensive home monitoring for your relative, giving you peace of mind and them greater independence from £40 per month. The package includes a pendant, two sensors and an Andi Hub.

This package will monitor light, heat and movement, to make sure your loved one is comfortable and safe. The Andi Hub can connect to our 24/7 local response team in an emergency and can spot small changes to prevent accidents before they happen

The Andi Hub will stay connected to your chosen emergency contacts and our response team by switching between SIM, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. It can also connect to other devices such as blood pressure monitors to keep them safe.

Lifeline Alarm and pendant

This equipment enables your loved one to get in touch for help if they need it.

Our Silver TEC package includes a pendant and a digital lifeline device that can call our 24/7 response team in an emergency using a SIM or broadband (ethernet). The device will continue to work if there is a power cut, giving you reassurance. The unit can be used to raise an alarm call by pressing the red button or from within the home or garden by pressing the pendant. Our Silver package starts from £29.50 per month.

The users can speak directly with the operator through the pendant speaker or unit to get assistance. You can program multiple emergency contacts to be notified in case of an alert.

Stay Safe, Stay Independent

Our Bronze TEC package includes a pendant and a digital alarm that connects via ethernet. This package is available from £18.01 per month.

If you choose this option, it is essential to know that the alarm will not work if your router cannot access the network, or your property loses mains power.

Get help instantly by pressing the button or pendant to call either our response team, relatives or emergency services. This alarm can also set vocal reminders for medication or appointments.
