We are pleased to share our new website, which showcases the new brand identity of the company and launches a new service that joins our range of residential and community care services.

Corserv Care brings together existing services STEPS, Corcare and Trefula House care home under a new brand, to improve the quality, capacity and resilience of the care market in Cornwall.

The focus of the company is the delivery of high quality, personalised care in partnership with health and the voluntary community. Our services are key in supporting health and social care in Cornwall, and the focus is very much supporting people’s independence. Working on the frontier between health and social care, Corserv Care help individuals focus on building their strengths and achieving their goals. There is also ambition to expand the portfolio of services including equipment supplies, employment services, day and respite services. We hope this will provide stability within the market and ensure availability of high-quality care for people with complex needs and challenging behaviours in Cornwall.

A new service that has joined Corserv Care is our new technology enabled care service. With the transfer of the Lifeline and Assisted Living service from Cornwall Council into the company, we will be working with the team to grow and develop the new technology enabled care (TEC) offering. This service helps people to live independently in their homes through a range of technology, including Lifeline personal alarms, fall detector mats, movement detectors and more.

The transfer of this service is just one of the ways the business is looking at new, innovative ways of supporting vulnerable people in Cornwall. The service is a fantastic platform to explore and expand on the technology enabled care offer for Cornwall, as well as an opportunity to develop their social care response services further. It will also raise awareness of safe and suitable care alternatives to compliment the intervention and support people need to remain independent for longer in their own homes.
