Lifeline service accreditation award!

Corserv Care Technology Enabled Care (TEC) provider, Lifeline, is very pleased to confirm that an independent annual audit of our organisation last month found it to be fully compliant with the requirements of the TSA Quality Services Framework.

This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the great work that the TEC team are doing to deliver a high quality service to Lifeline service users in Cornwall.

TEC Quality is the only UKAS accredited scheme in the UK for TEC. Having these audits enable us embed quality into our organisation, mitigating risk to our service and product users, and serves as a business “HealthCheck” to develop a service that is more personalised, proactive and preventative in its offering.
