Here’s a positive response from one of our service users’ family members after the service user’s recent hospital admission: “Sharif was brilliant, provided the family member with lots of updates and made sure that a bag was packed with everything needed.”
Another Service User wanted to extend her gratitude to Yvonne: “Yvonne always has a smile on her face and does an excellent job.”
Geoffrey wanted to extend his thanks to the support he received from Ibad: “he goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs are met”.
Pauline expressed some positive feedback regarding Marcia’s support: “Pauline was touched that Marcia ensured she was comfortable when she was feeling unwell.”
